I'm helping play matchmaker for an exciting UK-based startup in the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) category who is looking for a
Head of Partnerships based in the UK or Europe.
Overview: you will be building partnerships from the ground up and reporting to the CEO. Your focus is to build a partnership strategy and roadmap with some strong early signal from strategic alliances (NetSuite) and services partners (agencies, consultants, SIs).
Role: Head of Partnerships (first partnership hire)
Location: remote, but must be located in the UK or Europe
Department: reporting to the CEO (work cross departmentally with product, sales, marketing, and customer success)
Objective: as an intrapreneur, build out the partnership function, so that we have an ecosystem of partners who influence and support our customers and drive acquisition
Previous experience: B2B SaaS in a partnership, channel sales, or alliances management capacity, preference for those who have run partner programs previously
Will work with: implementation partners (agencies, SIs, consultants),technology partners (ISVs and larger ecosystems like NetSuite),
Company stage: self-funded -$8m annual revenue
Planned growth: 60% increase in ARR, 70% increase in headcount
Product: G2 top 10, 4.4/5
Compensation:
• 70% base / 30% variable)
• 35 bookable holidays
• Equity is planned for employees in 2022
• Education stipend - typical annual investment of $2,000-$5,000 depending on requirements
